Ashley D. Adras


Ashley D. Adras is an associate located in the West Palm Beach office. She graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2011 summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies and graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2015 with a Juris Doctor degree.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Adras defended corporate clients in multiple state and federal court trials (jury and non-jury) involving trademark infringement, unfair competition claims, breach of contract, enforcement of construction liens, and injunctive relief under Title III ADA actions.

During law school, Ms. Adras served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable James M. Hopkins, former Magistrate Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Ms. Adras is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, and U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Ms. Adras practices intricate first and third-party insurance coverage litigation, insurance bad faith law, first-party property litigation, and offers opinions as to complex insurance coverage issues.
