William Mott



Mr. Mott is an associate attorney in the firm’s Jacksonville office. Mr. Mott was raised in Jacksonville and attended the University of North Florida, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature. He then went on to Law School at Barry University.

Prior to joining Roberts, Reynolds, Bedard & Tuzzio, Mr. Mott worked in civil litigation representing national banks and insurance defense litigation. He gained valuable courtroom experience, practicing throughout the state of Florida. Mr. Mott has been able to handle a variety of cases from automobile accidents, commercial trucking, premises liability, including negligent security cases, personal injury protection, wrongful death, and construction defect cases. Mr. Mott’s previous employment has allowed him to gain not only civil litigation experience, but also negotiating and dispute resolution experience.

Mr. Mott’s practice areas will include Insurance Defense, Construction Defect, General Liability Defense, Commercial Litigation, Premises Liability, Automobile Liability, and Products Liability.

Mr. Mott lives in the Mandarin area of Jacksonville with his wife and daughter.
