Victoria Bowers earned her Juris Doctorate at Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Bowers earned her bachelor’s degree in international studies and interdisciplinary sciences from the University of South Florida. Ms. Bowers was born and raised in the Tampa area. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bowers obtained experience in general litigation, construction defects and first party property cases. Ms. Bowers is currently developing her continued experience with the firm in the areas of personal injury as well as construction defects, first party property cases and general negligence.

Susan E. Carr
Susan E. Carr earned her Advanced Technical Certificate in Paralegal Studies, with Honors, from the ABA approved program at Florida State College in Jacksonville, in 2020. Prior to pursing her paralegal certificate, Ms. Carr earned her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Education from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania. She has several degrees in education related fields. Ms. Carr was an elementary/middle school math & science teacher in both New Jersey and Florida for 21 years.
Ms. Carr brings with her 3 years of experience in both plaintiff and defense litigation. Her background includes construction law, medical malpractice, personal injury, product liability, auto accidents, dram shop, and wrongful death.

Rebecca K. Davis earned her Associate of Arts in Paralegal Studies at Palm Beach Community College, with Honors. Following that, she was certified by NALA as a Paralegal in the State of Florida. Ms. Davis has since furthered her legal career by earning her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University.
Ms. Davis was born and raised in South Florida. She has over five years experience working in the legal field in areas such as insurance defense, family law, and real estate law.

Vanessa Grace graduated with honors from Florida State College in 1996 receiving her Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies while working full-time and raising her two children as a single parent. She is also a Florida Notary with over 20 years of service.
Ms. Grace has worked continuously in the field of insurance defense for over 25 years in the areas of general personal injury, automobile and trucking negligence, nursing home negligence, and wrongful death.

Kaitlin Holt earned her Associates Degree in Science with an emphasis in Legal Studies with honors from the ABA approved program at Florida State College in Jacksonville, FL in 2020. Ms. Holt has a half decade of experience in insurance defense, criminal defense, family law, and personal injury.

Erica D. Kahn received her undergraduate degree from The George Washington University and her paralegal certification from the National Center for Paralegal Studies, in 1986.
Ms. Kahn has worked in the field of insurance defense for approximately 30 years and has experience in aviation, medical malpractice construction law, automobile negligence, general personal injury, products liability and workers’ compensation.

She is a Florida native born and raised in South Florida. She has over ten years of experience working in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, and first party property.

Ornella Pruner earned her Paralegal Degree from Florida International University’s College of Law’s Legal Studies Institute. She has over half a decade of experience in the legal field. She handles a high volume of cases and has experience in every aspect of a legal support team.
Mrs. Pruner’s broad knowledge of law includes fire and explosions, contract beach, product liability, property damage, workers compensation, personal injury, and negligence. She assists the attorneys in multiple facets of litigation and case management.

Kathryn L. Reeves graduated with honors from the American Bar Association accredited legal assistance program at Palm Beach Community College after having received her Associate of Arts degree from Indian River Community College. In 2009, Ms. Reeves became a Florida Registered Paralegal.
Ms. Reeves brings to the firm a practical knowledge of law and procedures and has 10 years experience in handling a number of cases including personal injury, products liability, negligent security, governmental liability, medical malpractice, general negligence, wrongful termination and discrimination.

Armando Rodriguez received his Juris Doctor degree in 1987 from St. Thomas University School of Law.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rodriguez had over 30 years’ experience acting as lead defense trial counsel representing personal and commercial lines insureds and various insurance carriers in the investigation and defense of claims throughout the State of Florida. His background includes general negligence, automobile negligence, premises liability, insurance coverage, products liability, and construction defects. Upon joining the firm, he assumed the role and responsibility of supporting our attorneys.

Prior to pursuing her paralegal degree, Ms. Roth earned her Associates Degree in Science from Palm Beach State College with an emphasis on Nursing. Ms. Roth was born and raised in the South Florida area. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Roth obtained experience in personal injury cases. Ms. Roth is currently developing her continued experience with the firm in the areas of personal injury as well as products liability, first party property cases, negligent security, governmental liability and general negligence.

Lindsay Schrader began her studies at Texas Tech University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Psychology. She furthered her studies by obtaining a master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Texas in Arlington then further pursued her teaching degree. After teaching for 18 years, she decided to bring her professional qualities to the field of law. Her intellect, perception, resourcefulness, reasoning and organizational skills allow her to assist with research, document creation and pre-trial preparation.

Michelle Smith attended Florida Atlantic University obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and Political Science. She also attended the University of Maryland for her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
Mrs. Smith has worked in the field of insurance defense for over 20 years in the areas of construction law, personal injury, automobile negligence, and wrongful death. In Maryland, she has over 5 years experience in criminal law and immigration law. Additionally, she worked with the State Attorney General for a number of years in the Civil Litigation Department.
