Roosevelt M. Presume
Roosevelt M. Presume is a paralegal at the Coral Springs office of Roberts, Reynolds, Bedard & Tuzzio, PLLC. Mr. Presume assists with the litigation of construction defects, premises liability, automobile negligence and general negligence claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Presume had extensive litigation experience in various different areas of law including Trucking and Transportation Law, Insurance Defense, First-Party Insurance Litigation, Property Damage and other general liability claims.
Mr. Presume received his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University and his Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law. While in law school Mr. Presume was a member of the nationally recognized Barry University School of Law Trial team. Additionally, Mr. Presume took advanced-level l courses in litigation and graduated with an honors certificate in Litigation and Trial Advocacy. While in law school Mr. Presume worked as a Certified Legal Intern (CLI) at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office and clerked at a large Insurance Defense firm.
Mr. Presume is born to Haitian parents and is fluent in Haitian creole.
