Marguerite F. Charlson is an associate in the firm's Coral Springs office, where she practices in the areas of construction litigation, products liability, premises liability, automobile negligence and general negligence claims. Ms. Charlson received her Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois, where she was actively involved in the Illinois Latino Law Student Association and Phi Alpha Delta, a professional legal fraternity. Upon graduation, Ms. Charlson received the Dean's Prize, a prestigious award recognizing Ms. Charlson as the most academically improved graduate in her class of three hundred students.
Prior to law school, Ms. Charlson attended the University of Central Florida (UCF) in Orlando, Florida, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. There, she achieved the Dean's List all semesters, was listed on the President's Honor Roll, and was actively involved in the National Scholars Honor Society, Golden Key International Honor Society, and Tau Sigma Transfer Honor Society. During her time at UCF, Ms. Charlson served as an intern in the office of United States Senator Mel Martinez and participated in a variety of community outreach programs.
Ms. Charlson was admitted to practice law in the state of Florida in 2011. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the Cuban American Bar Association and is conversational in Spanish.
