Jonathan B. Richter is an associate in the firm’s West Palm Beach office. Mr. Richter graduated from the University of Michigan where he majored in International Relations. He received his Juris Doctor from the University Of Miami School Of Law, where he was a member of the Dean’s List as well as the John C. Papy Moot Court Board. In law school, he competed in the 2016 Herbert Wechsler National Criminal Moot Court Competition during which he and his partner received the award for Best Petitioner Brief. He also served as Clinic Fellow to the Miami Law Innocence Clinic, for which he received the HOPE (Helping Others through Pro bono Efforts) Award for his numerous hours of pro bono work completed in addition to the Clinic requirements.
Mr. Richter was admitted as a member of the Florida Bar in 2016; he is also a member of the Bar of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He practices in various areas of litigation, including personal injury, governmental liability, premises liability, first-party property damage, wrongful death and general negligence.
