Alex Ershock

Mr. Ershock is an associate in the firm’s West Palm Beach office. Mr. Ershock received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Florida. He received his Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Ershock received a book award in National Intelligence Law, and served as an academic extern at the Attorney General’s Office, in the State Programs division of the General Civil section. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ershock served as an Assistant Attorney General in the State Programs division, practicing primarily governmental and civil rights defense.

Mr. Ershock is a member of the Florida Bar Association, and is admitted in Florida state court, as well as the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal. He practices in various areas of litigation, including personal injury, governmental liability, premises liability, wrongful death, and general negligence.
