Aaron M. Papero

Aaron Papero is an associate in the firm's West Palm Beach office. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Information Systems from the University of Idaho and his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center. While in law school, Mr. Papero was a multi-time national competitor on the Nova Trial Association and a member of Moot Court. Upon graduation he received the "Krupnick and Campbell," and "Order of the Barrister" awards for excellency in trial and competition advocacy.

Mr. Papero worked for 8 years as an Assistant State Attorney with the Palm Beach County State Attorney's Office where he was most recently a member of the Organized Crime Unit. In addition to his duties at the State Attorney’s Office, Mr. Papero was cross sworn as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of Florida tasked with prosecuting gang and gun violence in South Florida and has tried over 100 jury and non-jury trials from Battery to First Degree Murder in State and Federal Court.

Mr. Papero practices in various areas of litigation including personal injury, governmental liability, premises liability, and general negligence.
